DFS 6 months has come down with RSV and pneumonia on top due to the RSV. For now he is stable, but because of his birth history they have admitted him. HE has already had a breathing treatment and a deep suction. They said he could go downhill before he gets better. I could use some prayers please for his healing.
I am exhausted. He is not sleeping very well and cranky (Who can blame him?). I will keep everyone updated on DFS. On top DH has lost 2 days last week from being sick and 1/2 a day today to look after the girls. It's so exhausting.

Prayers from AZ.
It is so exhausting, all of this.
May God hold the wee lil one in His healing hands giving him all energy he needs to improve daily.

I agree with Blessings! As well as ANY breathing issue with a wee one. My SWP8 was hospitalized with croup when he was 8mo's old. I've never been so terrified in my life. Breathing treatments, blood gas (OMG WAS THAT HORRIBLE--it took 4 nurses AND my husband to hold him down at 8 mo's!!! *I had to leave*) and Oxygen tent. Steroids... All kinds of things to terrify a mom. But the other thing about being young, was he also healed pretty fast once he turned the corner. I will definitely pray. ((((HUGS TO YOU, DFS and DH)))))

We were discharged this evening. We are home and have to do breathing treatments every 6 hours. He is to see his primary Doctor on Friday. I am still concerned as he is not eating much. Thank you for the prayers and the continued ones. I was warned it is not uncommon for these kiddos to end up readmitted.

Will continue praying for you. I know for me, after I came home I was more worried. I worried *I* would miss something I shouldn't. I understand. You will do fine. God will lead you. Trust in him.

Well DFS has lost 6 ounces and doctor is not too happy. He does not have a lot of weight to lose as he is only in the 12th percentile to begin with. His appetite is still not back to normal, but he is back to being a happy baby.
He is still on breathing treatments every 6 hours as Friday at the doctor's they said he still sounds wheezy. Today he had to go to the broncholitis clinic to be deep suctioned. He did pretty good all day and then this evening he got very congested and couldn't breathe as well.
Overall we are making baby steps. He is to have no Bio parent visits this week, so he has an extra week to recover before being exposed to the smoke on their clothes/moldy/dirty smell.
I am slowly relaxing, but very much on guard. I love this little boy so much and pray the adoption goes our way.
