Trauma Headquarters and ADSG

Please pray for us as we go to meet with Dd18 for lunch to celebrate Christmas with her and our parents.  She's already tried to invite a friend to come with us to a buffet restaurant (specially chosen so Dd18 could have breaks to get her food).  We told her not this time, and she wasn't happy.  Pray for peace, strength, and His will to be done in all of this by everyone involved.  Thank you!

Thank you for the prayers.  We made it!  She was beyond anxious and wore a fox hat the entire time, acting like an 8 yr old.  Life at the shelter is having a horrible effect on her.  She's lost herself, and is a stranger.  But, she didn't yell.  She did try to triangulate but found out it didn't work.  She's asked us to drive her on Jan. 14 to the college to sign the contract for OYAP as she says she's continuing in school for that.... 

Please, keep her on your prayer listing.  She isn't the young lady that we used to know and is getting worse each time we see her.

The hat thing sounds like my dd21, Anne.  She wears one or a hoodie pulled up any time she's anxious.  When her friend came over the other day she had a hoodie on with it pulled up until about halfway through the visit.  Once she relaxed it came down.  Hope some of your dd will reemerge after she stabilizes a bit. Thinking of you.   :love9:

Sorry Justine, just saw this.  Her fox hat is a winter hat in the shape of a fox's head with long 'arms' extending from the sides with mitten pockets in it.... I know, say no more!
