I have a good friend from church who's 18 mo little girl is in serious condition with E Coli. She is on her third blood transfusion.  Maggie is the youngest of three precious little girls. Pray for strength for Mom & Dad, and healing for this little one.

Thanks,
Chris

Chris,

that is so scary.  Of course I will add Maggie to my prayer list, and her family.

Oh my, that is so worrisome and sad.   Will pray for her tonight.  Keep us posted if you can and let them know that the "Board from down under" is praying for them.  (apologies to new zealand/autralia)

I have not been able to get ahold of anyone for an update. I'm hoping that no news is good news.
Will let you know when I hear anything.

Thanks for the prayers.

Just got an update. Maggie needs more blood transfusions, but they can't get IV's in. They are going to put a 'pic' line in.
Continued prayers, please. This is so scary.

Thanks,
Chris

Chris,

Oh no, poor sweetie.

I have to tell you though, a PICC line is a good thing if she is going to need long term therapy because not only can they give her her meds through it and blood transfusions, they can also draw her labs through it, so no more pokes.....

It is absolutely scary......

Will keep praying,

Just got a call, Maggie is in renal failure due to the damage done to her kidneys.
This is just so scary, hanging on to faith here. Extra prayers for Amy and Phillip, Maggie's parents.

Prayers are answered!!!! Maggie is home!!!!! Praise God!!!! Thank you all for your prayers!!

She may need another transfusion if her blood levels don't go up, but we'll pray that she doesn't.
