Those of you from the old board may remember my wife was dx with a rare form of leukemia in Jan of 2007 which was around the last time I posted here.

I guess I missed the info about the new board.

Well anyway, we are back in the hospital and aren't sure for how long.  Her bloodwork is causing the doctors here enough concern that the earliest they would release her will be when they get the results of a bone marrow biopsy scheduled for Monday.

Of course our biggest fear is relapse of the disease and would ask that you would specifically pray against that.

Thanks

Dear Lord Please place your healing hand on Joe's DW and heal her! Guide the Doctors to know what to do. Give Joe the strength he needs to get through DW's illness. In YOUR Name. AMEN

Thanks everyone for your prayers,

It looks like we will be in the hospital until the end of the month or until they are sure she is in remission.  A search for a donor is already underway in hopes that transplant will occur in October or November.  I am hoping for October.  The sooner the better.

Please pray that she will be in remission after the chemo regement for the month is over.
