This weekend in church it was announced that one of the younger of our church family had died that morning in his sleep.  He was a special needs child, his mother's oldest, about 11 or 12, who had difficulty talking and walking and other physical disabilities.  We all loved him, and no one ever complained when he would shout out unintelligible sounds during the service.  His mom needs our prayers for comfort and solace.  She went to wake him up to go to church, but he had gone to sleep in Jesus' arms.  We will all miss him.

Oh no, that is so sad.

Of course I will add this dear mum to my prayers, and all of the rest of the people that will miss this young man and feel his loss deeply.

Add my prayers to the rest.  What a hole this family will have in their hearts and arms.  TBMom

I found out that the boy had asphyxiated, but I don't know the cause.   There were two full pews of people, family and friends from out of town, at church this past weekend.  Some of them were from out of the country.  The family is well-respected by all who know them.

Prayers from here too.  How is she doing now?  How is the family coping?

I'm sure there is a lot of support for the family.  They are of a culture that is very close together, and the church family is also very close to them.

Thanking you for them.
