Hopefully she will recover quickly and the worst (health-wise) is behind her! Thanks for keeping us updated. Please let her know how much we miss her when she's not 'here'!

You all are the BEST!

Bijou, thank you so much for asking for prayers.

Was supposed to pick DS up at the airport on Thursday afternoon, and was already too ill to drive.  Hubby went and got him.  I took some pain and nausea meds and headed for a nap.  The pain got increasingly worse, and by early that evening I was in a world of hurt!

Hubby took me to the ED and one urine test and cat scan later we found out I had a raging bladder/kidney infection, had passed a kidney stone, and by the way your left kidney has a double collection system.

When the nice nurse wheeled in the IV antibiotics, I realized I wouldn't be going home that night!

Got admitted to my floor,  angel10, and the nurses/friends took such good care of me!  I could have been released late last night, but the doctor wanted me to stay until this morning, and I didn't fight.   laughing6

Home today and tomorrow hubby will take DS to college.  I am not up for the 5 hour drive, so sweet pea and I will hang out here and relax.

I wouldn't have picked being sick, but I am glad for being removed from drama.  DS and I are not clicking, so space is our best option!

You all are the best!  Thanks so much for the prayers!

I agree with Justine.  He listened and made you an A-1 excuse!

Just keep mending for all of us.   angel10

I have been mostly off the boards for a couple of weeks and did not know about all this.  I am so sorry you had to go through all this pain, but hurray for being protected from DS!

Enjoy your relaxing time with your sweetpea!   love4
