My 14 year old nephew was rushed to hospital yesterday and is in Sick Kids. Please pray. Don't know all the details, but this family really needs prayers. Thank you.  anne |

MIL called and told me he's now seizuring repeatedly and they don't know why. Running an MRI on him as we speak. Haven't talked to my SIL, but also pray for her husband (the Dad) as he has a weak heart and he's taking this very hard. anne |

Anne, sorry to hear of your nephew being so sick. Does he have a history of other medical problems? My middle son spent some time in the hospital in 2011 with similar symptoms. Praying for wisdom on the part of the doctors and medical personnel so they can figure out what's wrong with this young man and get him back on his feet.

Thank you for the prayers, just a quick update: Nephew spent night at Sick Kids and is still there today. Tox. screens, EKG, EEG, MRI all came back fine. They don't know what is causing the seizures. He's hallucinating and it is not drug/alcohol related. He's adopted. Parents are really scared for him and my SIL hasn't left his side. Thank you for the prayers. anne |
