I read this at breakfast to my son. It also helped me deal with some stress going on in my life.

It hurts to share right now but I just ask that those of you who pray will pray I can find a solution. I have had so much bad stuff over the past 6 years this is just about the end of what I can handle. I keep asking God why and know that he has a plan but my hope in anything good keeps getting harder to hang on to.

Anyway, I want to keep my faith but I just don't know how right now.

Thanks again,

Sherrie

Romans 8:26-27New International Version (NIV)

26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. 27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.

I can not add anything to what Paul said.

Praying.
If the stress is job related, please know that he is opening up other doors.

Mama Bee,

the stress is job related and unfair.

But, this morning I read a devotion that said "When you are going through very tough times and there is no relief in sight, you usually start looking for a way out. These escapist longings stem from self-pity and a sense of entitlement: You think you deserve better conditions than your current situation. But, when you think this  ay, you are ignoring My sovereignty over your life. Though your circumstances may indeed be painful and difficult, they are not worthless. So, muster the courage to say yes to your life, trusting that I am in control and with you in your struggles." Psalm 31:24 and Isaiah 40:10-11

I had not considered that I was feeling sorry for myself. However, it is stressful trying to figure out what to do. I have been removed from the court appointed list in my county because my son threatened to kill me. It happened back in June but he is now on probation. the Judge gave bogus reasons for removing me but the truth is that because my son is in trouble I am punished, again. I get to be victimized twice. For those of you who saw the news last week about the school teacher who tried to leave her abusive husband and he got hit by her car and she was arrested and charged, then the charges were dropped. that is the same county I practice law in. So, is it any wonder I was removed from the court appointed list?

Continuing,

My computer or the internet screwed up, so here is the rest of my post.

I have experienced this several times in my career already. I lost my full time job with the state because of a supervisor who wanted to prove she could fire someone and she mocro managed me. I worked there for 21 years and was devastated when it happened but hoped God had a plan.

I then got placement of my two little great nephews from Virginia and had them for almost 9 months before lies and evil intentions of others caused them to be taken away so I never get to see them again.

I was removed from the Licking County Guardian ad litem list because I dared to oppose CPS. Apparently, in that county you are expected to go along with whatever CPS says, even if it is wrong for the kids and families.

Now, the same thing has happened again in my home county. I can't even understand how much more I am expected to endure. I suspect other experience similar treatment, especially because our kids are not normal and even the people who claim to understand really don't and just judge us as lousy parents.

Anyway, I am just trying to get through and make ends meet. I am tired and I want to keep trusting God that he has a plan but I need strength. Life is hard for everyone, or most people, I accept that.

Please pray something changes or something comes along that allows me to keep moving ahead and still not lose heart.

I was just praying for you and something came to my mind. I had the thought of you and a whole lot of children  who could receive your love.

I pm'd you.

I suspected you were fighting an uphill battle by opposing CPS.  Want a full time job?  Go into private practice and actively represent parents fighting CPS.

May God grant you peace and clarity to pursue what he wants for you.
